Went to Tropicana City Mall to redeem tickets for a movie but unfortunately we are late and the q are very long. End up we couldn’t get the tickets, so we went to see all the bonsai exhibition there.

We bought cupcakes to celebrate Father’s Day this year. The cupcakes are ordered from Sheryl, Buns in the Oven Cupcakery. The cupcakes are perfectly done and the designs are just so nicely done. Definitely will order again from her.

Bought 2 bottles of Vodka. Main purpose is to make vanilla essence with fresh vanilla beans… but yet I still not making it… will make sure I make it this weekend…

花生糊 is my favorite dessert. I made it last week, nice & creamy but just not too smooth… even my mum also said it’s nice.. yay… so happy… next time will ground until more smooth…

Steamed Egg with Minced Meat

I never steamed egg before, as I knew it’s not easy because of the water quantity to add. Too much water will become to watery, not enough water will become too hard.. so it’s take me a while to try this dish until last Friday.. I decided to try it since my hubby always wanted to have this. Luckily the egg turned out ok.. but I didn’t put enough salt.. so the egg not enough salty. hehe.. well 1st time cooked this.. guess it’s still good result.. will try again in future.
