Recipe – Mee Huen Kueh/Pan Mee

I’ve promised to post the recipe for the Mee Huen Kueh/Pan Mee the other day.. so here it goes..

Ingredients:

3 cups Flour

1 Egg

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 tablespoon Oil

2 cups water

Method:

Basically just mix all the ingredients and knead until becoming a dough. Then refrigerate it for about 20-25 mins. After that knead again for another 10-15 mins. There you go… the dough are ready to cook.

Enough to serve for 2-3 persons.

  1. It will be nicer if you substitude the pork mince with pork slice. Put some corn starch to the pork slice then cook with chinese mushroom. The gravy will the the soy sauce & oyster sauce. Remember to cook more gravy as the gravy will make your soup tastier…this is my mum’s recipe!

  2. My mum’s recipe is no pork at all only mushroom and vegetables.. so i just add the pork myself… maybe I can try out your mum style next time… Thanks for the recipe..
