I made this quite some time ago but haven’t post it. Katsudon is a bowl of rice topped with a deep-fried pork cutlet, egg and onions. Thanks to June, for her recipe and yes.. this is very simple & easy to make recipe. But the sauce is abit salty, maybe I didn’t put enough water. I bought a Japanese soy sauce for this dish.

Do you like to eat McD’s breakfast? I like them very much because I like their muffin. Their muffin with sausage and cheese is my favourite. I searching all over the website for this English muffin recipe. Finally, I found some recipes. By reading at the recipe, it’s does looks like not easy to do, and quite time consuming. But I decided to try it today because my chocolate cake was a failure. So upset with the recipe. but nevermind never try before we won’t know how to get better. Here how’s my muffin looks like. Taste wise, I still don’t know because I haven’t try yet. Let me try tomorrow and update you all….
Vegetarian Meals
Posted by | Posted in Sam | Posted on 28-04-2010
Today is vegetarian day so I have to cook dinner without meat or garlic, etc…. Then I decided to cook spaghetti and soup. I never cooked spaghetti in vegetarian style before. As I practice, I like to use garlic to cook with spaghetti. More fragrant. However, I substitute the garlic with ginger. Spaghetti with mushroom and beancurds. Then I make cream of mushroom soup. Everything turns out just nice.

Today nothing much happen, but I agreed to baby sit a little gal name Carmen. She is now 17 months. She cute, active and very clever little gal. I picked her up around 2pm then went home. Play with her for a while then let her take her afternoon nap. After she woke up, we sent her home. This is how I spent my Sunday.
Tomorrow is the beginning of a new week. Working routine…..
Bukit Bintang
Posted by | Posted in Sam | Posted on 25-04-2010
It’s been a while that I visited Bukit Bintang. Today Hb and I went to Lot 10 because he found out that’s a National Geographic gallery is open there. He wanted to visit this gallery. Once we are there we rush to the gallery but to our surprise there’s nothing much there. After that, we decided to go to Low Yat Plaza to get a laptop bag. On our way to LYP, we stopped by at Alor to buy famous you tiao. Then we headed to LYP. We had our tea at Coffee Bean, ordered ice blended and eat with the you tiao. The you tiau are so delicious, but I still like the older taste. I think maybe the owner already changed so the taste also abit different but anyway still tasty. After the tea, we went to hunt the laptop bag. After few hours there, finally got the bag. This is how and where we spent our Saturday.

Dinner at La Casa, Desa Park City
Posted by | Posted in Sam | Posted on 22-04-2010
Tonite I’m not cooking because I reached home late so we decided to eat out at Desa Park City. But after we reached there we couldn’t decide what to eat so we’ve been circling around for about 20 mins. At last we decided to eat at this restaurant, La Casa. It’s our 1st time having dinner here.
We’ve ordered a Wild Mushroom Soup, Alla Seafood Marinara Spaghetti and their today’s special, Chicken Gordon Bleu and drinks are Rose Green Tea.
The soup is good but little bit too watery and not creamy enough. Nothing special to shout for the pasta but I will give them a credit for the fresh seafood. The chicken Gordon bleu is yummy, slightly better than S.C. The rose tea is very fragrant, refreshing tea. Lastly, to our surprise we got a free slice of Green Tea Cake. The cake taste is nice, not too green tea and my Hubby likes it very much. Total spent for 2 person less than RM100.
