Tonight I tried the other Buffalo Wings recipe. Well, this recipe is much easier than the earlier recipe. Basically just mix all the ingredients then marinade the wings with the sauce for about 1/2 hour. Then put into oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the wings are well cooked.

Well, most of you sure knew that I love cheesecake if you really know me… I’m so in love with secret recipe cheesecake all the while but I knew it’s too fat.. So I only can have it occasionally. But when comes to homemade, this is my 1st time baking a cheesecake because previously I don’t have oven. So all the while I was making no-bake cheesecake. This is my 1st BAKED cheesecake.

Barley with Beancurds

Posted by | Posted in Sam | Posted on 15-12-2009

It’s been sometime since I had this dessert, it’s hard to find this tasty dessert elsewhere so I decided to boil it myself. It’s actually my 2nd time boiling this dessert but unfortunately the 1st time was failed due to the bean curds. To make this dessert, we must get the correct type of bean curds else the dessert will not turn out nice. What a relief that I successfully made it this time. My hubby had 2 bowls of it.. so happy that he like it as well..
