To those who wanted to try out the recipe, here you go… hope you’ll like it as well…
Ingredients:
Oil for deep frying
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup hot sauce (got it from supermarket)
1 dash ground black pepper
1 dash garlic powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 salt
10 chicken wings
Methods:
- Combine the butter, hot sauce, black pepper & garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat and reserve for serving.
- In a small bowl mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.
- Heat oil in wok pan. If you are using deep fryer, heat oil to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). The oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep. Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown. Remove from heat, places wings in serving bowl, add hot sauce mixture and stir together. Serve.
Good Luck!!

27th Nov, is a date that we started dating.. time flies.. we have been together for 10yrs now… this year we didn’t go anywhere for any special celebration instead we cooked something simple and yet nice for the celebration. For the appetizer, we had Mixed Salad with Thousand Island Dressing, main course would be Pork Chop in Black Pepper Sauce with Mashed Potatoes. And last but not least, deserts are 2 slices of cake; Chocolate Indulgence & Durian Durian (both from Secret Recipe) and of course not missing my favourite; ice cream. Although it’s just simple dinner but we are happy to be together to celebrate this 10yrs anniversary.
